Having had dealings with Nedbank PRB over the last couple of years.
I would like to make it known, that my dealings with Nedbank PRB, has been top notch and world class!
In fact, I can't think of any unpleasant experiences I have had with "Beepbank" ;-)
At a stage in my career, I had the privilege to inter-alia head up a Customer Services division for a large global company. I In this role, I defined success as: patience (listening), promptness, personality, personal responsibility, personal service, empathy (Ubuntu) and zero comebacks/repeats.
Nedbank PRB scores full marks.

P.S. On phoning the helpline today, I spoke to Mandisa, what a breath of fresh air! Although I don't know her, it felt like I did.
Dear Mr. Mike Brown, although I can provide constructive criticism on many, many (technical) aspects of Nedbank, it is somehow not that important if I can resolve my matters by dealing with great people!
And how refreshing to, instead of hearing the irritating and time wasting "press 1, if you, press 2 if you...) you only hear the voice on the phone say... please hold while we transfer you to a consultant!
