Nedbank Provide Top Service

After a week of having terrible customer service and losing faith in South Africa's service industry, it was so refreshing dealing with Nedbank. When I phone the customer support line I get greeted with "Who do I have the pleasure of speaking to". Even though this might be generic, it already makes me feel like I'm getting great service. I walk into the bank to apply for a new product and before I've had a chance to sit down a consultant would like to know if they can help me. Hazel took care of my application and she was so quick and efficient, even listening to a few of my stories from the week :) Nedbank don't treat you like you're one of the crowd. They treat you like an individual who has unique banking needs. They take a personal interest in me, and over the many years I've banked with them I must say they've always exceeded my expectations.
