MAKE THINGS HAPPEN??? (really)???
This is such a pain to once again report NEDBANK on Hello Peter. Me and my fiancee bought a vehicle on 30 August 2013. According to the contract it clearly states that the debit order must be deducted on the 1st of each and every following month. Now NEDBANK thinks they can go around and deduct money whenever they feel like it. Furthermore we now have to pay December's instalment on the 13th of DECEMBER 2013. instead of the 1st of January 2014. Unlike NEDBANK, WE DO NOT GET PAID EARLIER IN DECEMBER only because it is the festive season. Furthermore we do not get a 13th cheque in the bank. So how the does NEDBANK assume that we will be able to pay TWO INSTALMENTS in ONE MONTH???? We have been corresponding with NEDBANK for the last couple of weeks and NOBODY seems to know how to do their job and to sort out the situation. SO, DEAR NEDBANK - MAKE THINGS HAPPEN!!!! NEDBANK is wasting our time at work, they do not respond to our queries and fails to provide answers. Thank goodness that I am with FNB and in this regard I WILL NEVER SUGGEST NEDBANK TO ANYBODY IN SOUTH AFRICA!!! I am disappointed to the neglect and failure of NEDBANK's customer service!!
