I cannot believe I have been talking to a representative of Personal Loans on a weekly basis for 4 months and not one has put any notes on the system. So therefore I have been repeating myself like a stuck gramophone for absolutely nothing. Its of real concern that such a large banking corporation allows unskilled, untrained and unprofessional staff to deal with clients. There is nothing worse for a client to be contacted for the same thing over and over by those who are not fit to perform their role. I had a call from a gentleman today at 17:24 and he put the phone down on me. That means I will receive another call any time soon no matter how inconvenient the calls are. And then the employee wonders why the client gets so irate. I would just like to deal with someone who is competent and professional. Come on Standard Bank. I have been a client for over 20 years and I do not appreciate the shocking treatment I am receiving from your staff members.
