FNB does not own public domain!

I went today to pay my Credit Card at FNB tellers today, I tried on Saturday but yet again FNB have failed to sent me my statement by email just an SMS and I had to return home to get the account number from an old bank statement. I had some free time to make my way to the bank today and decided to take my to small Jack wawa's and my new Labrodor Puppy with as my Labrodor Puppy just servived Parvo and is a few days out of hospital, she needs the excercise to regain her muscle strenght. I stood outside the premises and asked my daughter to stand in line for me. The one Jack wawa made a little bit of an howling sound when we swopped around, as I would be the next in line for the machine. We waited now for more than 15 minutes and had no problems simply a little barking every now and then. As soon as we swopped around the security started to have an attitude with my minor daughter, I went to discuss the matter with him and told him simply that FNB does not control public demain. He told me to leave as the dogs is attacking their customers, and that is absolute! My attorney agrees. So now my account is not paid!
