A month ago I went to you Tsakane branch to open a secondary account. The first problem was that the consultant was not aware of your policies regarding secondary accounts for staff members. After crossing that hurdle my application got a refer. A week later the consultant called saying that the application was cleared and that she would open my account. When I returned to the branch a week after her call she said she had issues opening the account. Last week I laid a complaint on your action line (ref no: 2537168) a gentle man called and promised that he will get the consultant to call me urgently I am yet to hear from her or the gentleman that called me. This is very disappointing.
