I have not been receiving ebuck for my account since may. I have not changed anything on my account!
Last month i had R10000 from my bank account! I Spent an hour in the bank on monday trying to sort this out!
Eventually they said they did not know what was wrong! They forwarded a complaint for me but no one has contacted me! I am not only loosing out on rewards i must have lost at least R1000 worth of Ebucks since MAY.
I would like all my ebucks to be recalculated and Ebuck to be fixed.
Please fix this! I am not spend another hour in the bank with no progress!
