Unprofessional, disrespectful, bad attitude cons

I called for an appointment to open business account last week and the branch was offline. he promised to call me to rearrange and Mr Phineas Mogale never did. i went to the branch and ask to make an appointment as he didn't call as promised. he booked me for Friday 26th July at 11am. i arrived at 10:45 and waited for him to finish and at 11;10 he called me in with an attitude to tell me hes going to be 20 mins long so i waited. at 11;45 he escorted his clients to the tellers and called us in, it was me and another client who just rocked up and he then decided hes going to assists her before me in my presence, after waiting for an hour then i lost it, called the manager and he shouted at me in front of the manager telling me hes got rights as well. i left the bank without a bank account. the manager promised to call next week so i can meet a professional smart business consultant. i must say Mr Phineas Mogale service was so bad, disrespectful, consultant. i have a good history and relationship with client service at southgate branch. it is my first to have such an incident, unfortunately hes the only business consultant
