BAD SERVICE - NOT THE BANK THAT HELPS

FNB debited my account twice with different amounts. I phoned and they said they will refund my money. However it will takes 5 working days. If I bank with FNB, and the problem is with FNB why must I wait for my money for 5, days... I have other things to pay and it was not a R10 or R20 its more than R1000!!!

NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!! Think its time for me to bank and do business elswhere!!!
