CAPITEC might be cheap but does HALF A JOB

I used my cellphone for the internet banking as a token, only to find out that after any and all software upgrades on a smartphone of 2013, I am required to start the activation process from scratch, and also my whole internbanking profile wil be created anew. I will have to request ALL my creditors details and create them also by hand from scratch as NO PREVIOUS beneficiary can be imported to my newly created internet banking profile. I opted for the keyring token which aren't affected by any software upgrades, but to my surprise AFTER spending 2hours at a branch... my keyring was the only thing activated... and guess what... no that it's month end and I NEED TO MAKE PAYMENTS, unfortuantely have to go BACK TO A BRANCH for a second time BECAUSE CAPITEC STAFF CAN'T DO JUST THEIR JOB COMPLETELY THE FIRST TIME THEY INSIST ON WASTING MY TIME. If I can't find the time from my employer to return AGAIN, MY CREDIT RECORD will be affected, and ALL CAPITEC STAFF DOES, is pull up their shoulders as it's not their problem. It's easier for me to return to my previous bank, and if I return to the branch today, WITHDRAW MY FUNDS AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!!!
