I had a really morning when I realised that the software developers at Capitec failed to test their token application prior to the release of iOS 7, resulting in the app not working on the new iPhone software, making internet banking impossible. More than this, their marketing department did not send any communication to let their clients know the impact on this app not working.
After speaking to Gerrie Fourie (operations executive), he sent Mthunzi Luhabe and Sbu Mbatha to my house with all the gadgets they would need to activate another token as an interim solution. Thanks to both these guys who came through with a smile, professional attitude and sorted the problem out in record time- hugely appreciated.
