I'm not an FNB customer, but I have always used their services happily. Thats until MTN terminated my contract as I ran into financial troubles. A friend of mine trying to assist me decided to help me with some cash using e-wallet services. The PIN was sent to that terminated number. I cannot get the money. FNB refuses even to return the money back to where it came from. They tell me about risks and. I dont understand what can possible happen by returning the money back to the sender. I was informed I'm supposed to first sort out my issues with MTN before I can get back my money. How can I when my money is not being released? if it was to be returned, then atleast we would use another means to get the money. I think this is bad service as FNB is not a part between me and MTN. FNB I want my money.
