What more can a person do~!!!

Money was paid online from ABSA and the last digit was incorrect. FNB did not send the payment back to ABSA but are very happily keeping it in their suspense account SINCE NOVEMBER 2013.

Proof was sent from ABSA yet FNB will still not pay the money back to the sender.

Once again understand... FNB has the money in their OWN account since November. Totally unacceptable, indirectly FNB has the money as it is not theirs...
