Absolute frustration with FNB banking service/ sys

I have 2 accounts SAVINGS and Chq acc with FNB. On the 21st i did 4 transactions on my SAVINGS acc, and as normal the money was reserved for those purchases from my savings account. Hwever, i ws suprised to get sms frm FNB to say that my chq acc was in excess and i need adjust, otherwise FNB would dishonor. I reckon they had banked out the transactions mentioned above from Chq acc instead of SAVINGS acc. I quickly adjust my account anticipating FNB would promptly release the money they had previously reserved on SAVINGS account, but upto date the money is still not released back to my account despite the fact its was wrongly banked from cheque account. My problem with FNB is now two fold, they wrongly banked my money. If i transact using savings acc it means i know thats were money is, i dont know who authorise that you bank the money from cheque account which had no money. Secondly, you are not releasing back the money that was initially reserved, what do you want to do with my money now.

I am very dissapointed with your service, you dont hv exceptional innovative banking as i thought. Ths is rubbish, please sort out. Even Capitec or Postbank won't do such mess, this is
