Bad services from Avis

My insurance booked me a car at avis in midrand on 24/10/13 till 07/11/13, i returned the car on the 06/11/13, which i had gave them a deposit of R750 on the 24/10/13 and they told me with 48 hours it will reflect on my account, and since then i am still waiting, i called them on 15/11/13 and a Lady call Lerato said she will found out and she will contact me back with an answer, then she did call me and told me that they have sent a request again to the bank to release the money to my account, i called my bank (FNB) on saturday to find out whose holding my money, they told me that Avis work with Nedbank so Avis must tell Nedbank to relaese the money to my bank FNB as only FNB does not have power to release they money the can only release it in February 2014 if Nedbank dont send them anything, i am very with services i got from Avis because even now there is no money.
