I rented a car from AVIS on the 03rd of October, and since my money was released back by Avis on the 10th, FNB has been giving me a run around to release the money back.
I was then advised to reverse the money back to my account, which was suppose to also take a maximum of 72 hours, but still haven't got my money back. The staff at the branch is incompetent, and have a stinky attitude.
Now I'm not borrowing money from FNB, but merely asking to have back what's rightfully mine. It's not a first time that I have an issue when ever I have to go inside the bank with FNB.
Please someone have a look at this and assist the ASAP. A lot of things are on hold because of this. I NEED MY MONEY BACK!!!
