FNB how can WE NOT HELP YOU!!! NOT HELPFULL

Was at fnb today to release money in my 32days account because my aunt passed away and we need money for the funeral cost, the consultant advised that they need my aunts death certificate to release the funds immediatly, I explained to the advisor that unfortunatly my aunt lived in Phalabora in a village and there for they dont have any access to email or fax, the advisor advised that the money will not be released if i dont have proof, she then went on to say the best thing she can do is offer me an overdraft, but the thing is if i wanted a overdraft i would have had an overdraft a while ago, but i dnt want and overdraft.

So now help me understand how we are suppose to bury my aunt, i really do not understand why i have to provide proof of anything when i need to release MY money, i worked extremly hard for that money and when i need that money, NOT because i jst want it to decorate my card you tell me stories???
This is not the banks money its MY money, so now what must happen to my aunt and her funeral??

Your slogan should be "FNB how can we NOT help you', absolutly horrible the way you treat us, i had high hopes but im changing my bank to a bank that is understanding
