E-WALLET COMPLAINT

I did an e wallet to 0783086520 and on the 25 December 2013 I went to the
atm at engen garage Thabo Mbeki and bok street in polokwane to withdraw the
money but while waiting for the atm to dispense the money the atm switched
off without giving me the money I then waited for the atm to switch on and tried
to draw the money but it gave me an error message, so I left the garage without
the money and I called the call centre and was told to lgo to the branch but the
branch is far from me was told I will have to wait for 14 days, MY QUESTION
IS THAT WHY DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR 14 DAYS AS I REALLY NEED TO
USE THE MONEY, AND I WAS INCONVENIENCED BY THE ATM AND
DCIDED THE MONEY THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FOR MY DEBIT
ORDERS AND I HAVE SINCE BEEN CHARGED FOR DEBIT ORDERS
THAT HAVE BOUNCED THIS IS REALLY FRUSTATING TO ME AS A
CUSTOMER.Ref: 124931000 AND REF 60469.YOU PEOPLE ARE VERY USELESS.I HAVE RECEIVED MONEY FROM Y 32 DAYS NOTICE AND THE BANK TOOK R1500 FOR DEBIT ORDERS THAT RETURNED BECAUSE I HAVE WITHDRAWN MORE THAN I WAS SUPPOSED TO BECAUSE OF THE ATM AND NOW I AM BEING PUNISHED. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
