AFRICAN BANK DON'T KNOW HOW TO HANDLE ISSUES

In Aug. I found out that someone duplicated my credit card and had used R8000 from it. I then called their call centre to log a call. They asked me to send the documents before they can open a case, so whenI called to make a followup I was told that there were not clear I should resend, I did. I had to send them 4 times. I was told they've opened the case and it will take 3 months. After 3 months when I called to followup, the forensic dep. told me they've never recieved the docs and that case was closed! Really how do you close a case without even looking at it!! I said they must reopen so the case was re opened in November, 3 months later still they are pointing fingures! Even today I have never recieved a call from them. When I called the department today I was told that the matter has been closed! guess they didn't even bother to call me, they just closed the case! They said they've refunded the funds that were they were taken out of my card. I then called the call centre to check if the funds are there, nop there's nothing they said I should call the foresic dep. So basically it's 6 months later and I don't know what's going on with my credit card. Im frustrated
