Could not get stopping deduction correct

Its very amazing how insurance companies are not able to keep up with what they say they stand for EFFECIENCY. i spoke to Miway's service consultant on the 26th of June, advising her to stop my deduction for the 1st of July as i knew i would not have any funds available. she assured me that the deduction be stopped but to my surprise the debit order came off on the 1st and no one could answer for it and i had to be moved from pillar to post just to get a simple answer. if a simple thing such as stopping a debit order can be done, im now starting to wonder if they will be able to capture a claim and pay out.
i was appalled at the way this has turned out and i am now left with bank charges and a bad record under my name.
The standard of service should be improved if they want to retain any more clients. Miway might think its a minor thing but its not!!! While hiring COMPETENT staff members please do make sure that your service levels are up to standaord.
