Bending over backwards to get the result!

I applied for a further loan on our homeloan through Mona Reuben at the Hillcrest branch. We came up against several obstacles and Mona had to reapply several times. She kept in constant contact with me and provided me with feedback every step of the way. She fought for the application as if it were her own. It was eventually granted and she informed me personally. She could have given up, but provided excellent, professional and outstanding service. She is a credit to Standard Bank - they are VERY lucky to have her!
