Bought goods on 7/7/2013 with my debit card. I was billed on 9 July and then again on 10 July on my bank account. I spoke to Godfrey on 11 July 2013 and he said I need to get a copy of my bank statement. Which I brought into the branch on 13 July. Rene was the manager on duty and was not really interested in assisting me. She kept telling me how I did something wrong and I need to sort it out with the bank. This is a new branch that has just opened... I am utterly disgusted in your lack of client service.
