Today I phoned internet banking with a problem, was put through to phone banking, who put me through to the card division where someone called Jennifer insisted on putting me back to internet banking. BUT, only if I told her my ID number which she still couldn't understand after the 6th time I gave it to her - GRRR
Then she dropped my call after I asked to talk to her supervisor
Finally, talking to a not very polite person at customer complaints, I was told that all I have to do is to try the transaction again tomorrow. you think one out of three people would have know that
