I used a Nedbank garage card and entered into an settlement agreement.

The outstanding balance was transferred to the budget and a monthly payment is made.

From the monthly statements presented by Nedbank, it is not possible to see how the account is reduced, how interest is calculated.

Additional payments were made on the account and I cannot see how the additional payments were allocated to the outstanding balance.

I called the help line and they only refer me back to the monthly statements.

I visited a branch and they only refer me to card collections.

I sent an e-mail to the collections with no response.

I request a detail account from the date entered into the settlement arrangement.
