Issuing me with a faulty debit card

I went into Absa Sandton City on Monday and swopped my debit card for a new card. Went to use it that day and it gave me an error. Went to use it yesterday at the ATM and it says there is a problem with my card. Call Absa and now I must take time out of my day and go back to the bank to have the card checked. I am extremely upset as I have now had no card for 4 days and must take time from my day to have it fixed. Useless Absa - now you see why you have such a bad reputation with the public.
