HI,
MY finance jsut went to the bank to get a new debit card. She was told she needs proof of address. She lives with me and all bills are in my name, so how is she supposed to get proof of address? she has been banking with ABSA for years, why these ridiculous requirements now? she has an exisiting debit card so why cant she just show her ID and get another card??? Now she is unable to get a replacement card
