2012 Christmas I was out of pocket due to a R12000.00 on my ABSA credit card
2013 Today, 10 days from Chrismas I am out of pocket by R8000.00 due to on my ABSA debit card. My notification came through 24 hours too late! I received a call from the Absa department to immediately stop my Credit card due to a R4000.00 that went through. On further investigation all 3 messages came through at the same time total an amount of R8000.00 on by debit card. Again I had to stop the debit card. Now both cards are stopped.
ABSA Department I will give you a fair chance to get this matter resolved within 1 week and to explain to me how anyone can withdraw money on a cheque account at a ATM, without a physical debit card nor a security Pin number. Your explanation will determine my future with ABSA bank after been a customer for 37 YEARS!!!
