I took out a loan with this company & made all my payments via Debit order. I missed 4 months of payments however after my contract expired in November, I then paid an additional 4 months after that. I then received a statement saying I still owe them /- R880. So the following month I made a payment of R421 which was the AGREED debit order amount. only to receive a statement after that for even more than the R880. I then put a stop on the debit order and requested an explanation on how they arrived at that figure, this was in 2012 and to date I have not received anything. They Debited my account in August for an amount of R390 which was not an agreed amount for the debit order. I have emailed them at the beginning of September on the email address on their website however nobody answers and when I call the numbers I can find for them I cant get through. In my opinion i have paid them more than what I owe and I shouldn't have to be inconvenienced & run around trying to contact them because they can get access to my account and just debit for any amount at their own will.
