Discovery insure hasn't payed out yet on our claim for almost a month now. We already signed for our new car, the new car is ready for collection; if deposit is paid (the money from accident claim). We did inform the claims department about our new car on Monday. We only have the Avis rental car until next week. What do you suppose we drive with there after?
Claims department rude, doesn't answer our e-mails or calls.

I will be sure to let the world know about your claims procedure. Please do investigate recordings of phone calls and e-mails. You will be shocked to hear how many times the claims department gave us incorrect information (proof is all there).
Discovery has all these other benefits which all means nothing now as we are in this position because this is the actual reason we have insurance...
