CAPFIN CROOKED ME!! IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANY!!!

I am shocked and disappointed by the way CAPFIN can twist issues.

Now they are hiding behind that there was a month when I did not pay. Yes it is true, I did not for one month and that is when we made an arrangement that they will send through the debit order on the 02nd of August 2013, (the last payment). The interested was already factored in. The amount was R1, 520.00

Please bear in mind that the normal debit order was agreed to go through on the 27th of each month.
Now they do not want to pay savings on interest - Quoted amount R1, 520.00 - Less than the amount paid on the 26th of July 2013 which was R1, 500.00 . They sent me a message that I now owe -R48.00 (Roughly) and I then called them and they confirmed it is a refund due to me and I have settled the account and they will stop the debit order. But due to their incompetency they did not and the debit order of R1520.00 was sent through by CAPFIN which resulted in the bank charges in my account after i had settled my account in FULL. THEY STILL SENT THROUGH A DEBIT ORDER AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OF THEIR ACTIONS!
