Mr Jordaan - Please HELP!

Last year I was retrentched from FNB and made the necessary contacts with the people that I owed Money to i.e Homeloans, Personal Loans etc and sent the paperwork to say I am unemployed.

SmartSpend called me numerous times for arrangements and I told them I am unemployed with two children but that I have an Investment that would be paying out in Oct... it was fine - no further contact again.

I finally get work and started working this month - and this morning as my salary hits my account they deduct R6214.81 for my account leaving me with 2000 for the month to feed my children and start paying the arrears on some accounts.

I called them again saying please no phone call to alert me no notice just bam gone!!! They then tell me promising to pay and making an arrangement are two different things ----- how am I suppose to know they did not put it on the system and did not make the arrangements AFTER I CALLED

I am so upset... if my money is not reversed and put back into my account the OBUDSMAN will hear from me about unfair practice and Capitec will see me tomorrow... along with all the people I have referred to FNB in the past!

How can we help you --- Whatever!!! Fix it!!
