I made a loan with this company a couple of months ago. They then sent me a notice sms that I could do a "top-up" on my account, I applied and was accepted on the 3rd of September 2013. I was told to wait between 7-10 Working days for my loan to be paid out. It has now been 24 Days and I am still awaiting the pay-out to be done. I need this money urgently, which is why I had the "top-up" done on my current loan, but to no avail... 24 days to have a loan pay out? I feel this is just utterly bad service. I have emailed and phoned for feedback, but the answer stays: "You just have to be patient". What type of service is that?
