On saturday 14th September i went to your Kuilsriver branch to apply for an application. I was told by Manreze Minnaar that my application was approved and that Monday 23th September everything will be finalize. Since then i had to make back and forth calls in getting feedback from the head office, call centre and the branch. Chris at the kuilsriver branch was so polite in assisting me eventhough i did not deal with him directly on 14th September. I am disgusted that everytime when i follow up (4times a day) SAME STORY... pending in assessment dept and no one tries to contact me in this regard. I have to do the follow up myself. This is the first time that i deal with this and are so furious as African bank is putting me in a situation which i thought was resolved. I am utmost dissapointed as the few in this company are also branded. I really hope that this can be resolve ASAP or an feedback reach me soon.
