I'm just tired of this bank, same thing everytime. They call me to make an application but when it comes to feedback then nothing happen. I made an application on Wednesday 28/08/2013 everytime I call the call centre then they tell me it's in assessment how long does that freaking take.
What makes me angry is that no one comes out with the truth. Everyone tells you their own story you end up not knowing who to believ. This is the last time I ever make an application with African Bank, this is the second time now. What is happening to to this bank the service used to be so prompt but now its so pathetic.
