I made an application for a limit increase at African Bank branch in Melvin last week Tuesday. I was told that in order to qualify for the limit increase I need to take up a loan. I agreed and we did the application. I got a call on Wednesday saying that there are other documents I needed to sign and I had to go back to the branch which I did. The gentleman who was assisting me was off which meant that my application process was delayed by another day.
I made a follow up on Friday and Saturday and no one could give me the correct feedback on my application.
I made another call today to be told that the application was rejected and was referred back to the branch. All I wanted was a limit increase, nothing more nothing less, but to get such a bad service is really in bad taste.
