I have been under debt review for a year now, I have a credit card and cheque account with overdraft which is included in the debt review, firstly I wanted to cancel my ebucks and am told that I have ebucks still to spend and can only cancel once I have spent them, the ebucks is such a small amount there is nothing I can spend it on! Today I get a sms to say my card is expiring and my new card will be available. My complaint is thus
I cannot be charged for the ebucks yearly subscription and I do not want a new card and will not be paying for the cost thereof. FNB knows very well I am under debt review and my credit card and cheque card was supposed to be 'frozen' in October 2012 already.
