I have an active eBucks card linked with my FNB smart cheque account which I had opened towards the end of October 2013. On the 14/11/2013 I had received an SMS stating that I will receive R200 worth of eBucks in my eBucks if I use my cheque account 5 times or more in the next 10 days to pay for purchases. When I checked my balance it was still showing R0.00 for my eBucks. I used my cheque card to pay for fuel at a Shell garage and I did not earn any eBucks. I understand that you can use eBucks to pay for fuel at any Engine garage. I recently purchased from [URL Removed] and when I was confirming banking details, I was asked to put my ID number so it will pick up my linked eBucks card and it did. Yet when I check my balance its R0.00
