FNB freezes my account with no notice

I went to purchase fuel at a petrol station on Monday 23rd September, after putting in R200 I handed my card to the attendant who processed it, I was then told it was declined. I used the FNb app and checked that there was available funds in my account but it wouldne go through. Later I went to a car dealership and tried to pull bank statements from online. I couldnt log into anything or reset password or usernames. I called in and was told my account was frozen. Nobody bothered to call me or anything. This caused a lot of embarrassment at bith the petrol station (where I had to call a friend to bring me cash and cost me time and delays to my day) and at Audi where they couldnt process my application for a new vehicle purchase. I would like someone to call me and explain what is going on and how this can be rectified as all of my debits run tomorrow, and if they do not go through I will be highly annoyed and be requesting all my additional charges be paid by FNB! THis is not the first time FNB have messed stuff up for me in the last 3 months. I am highly annoyed and am considering leaving and taking my business account elsewhere as well including 6 stores which I own. This is sad.
