Frozen Account

My account was frozen on the 20th of September because of personnel documents. I submitted the documents twice at the end of July and again at the end of August. the account was frozen while i was in the middle of the Kruger national park. I was unable to pay for my lodging fees and had to sleep in my vehicle. the next morning i phoned the fnb call center and my branch at woodlands boulevard and they were unable to assist me in any way. There after i had to beg for money to fill up my vehicle with petrol to get to the nearest town to make additional plan for some one to send me money via the post office. my account was activated after n submitted the documents a third time on Wednesday afternoon the 25th
