Canceled Policy still debiting and not Refunding

I took out insurance with Anderon Insurance in June 2013 as they were preferred by the dealership I bought a vehicle from.
I stayed with them for 1 month and then moved to another insurance.
I gave a months notice in July 2013, now in September 2013 they are still debiting my bank account and when I phone for e refund I am being told that the refund has been done and they will email me proof.
I confirmed my email address but still waiting for refund or confirmation.
I have been sending emails and emails and no one bothers to reply, when you phone that is costing ME MORE MONEY I am being told stories!
