On the 18-06-203 I sent a policy canellation request to anderson insurance [Email Removed] and also sent a proof of my new insurance to the same email address. They deducted the premium R1200 again today (02-07-2013) which I did not budget for. I called to querry about this today 02-06-2013 around 09:00, they told me she will get back to me. I waited the whole day for their call but they never called. I called again around 16:00, they put me on hold for 6 min 39 sec. My airtime was finnised. I want my money back to my account as soon as possible.
