For the last year, ABSA Vehicle Finance insurance division (AIP Services) has been illegally debiting my account of R2000.00 every month.
This was done even after I sent confirmation via email and got proof of a "Read Receipt" that I already had vehicle insurance with Auto & General.
I logged a complaint and requested a full refund on 2 July. They promised to refund me on the 7th day which was 11 July.
Nothing has happened and no one wants to answer my emails anymore.
So I wonder when I will get my stollen money back???!!!
