On June 24 I sent Alex Forbes an email notifying them of termination of insurance policy. They replied to my letter telling me that my insurance policy will be stopped effective from 01 July. They promised to refund me my premium for July as they had already debited my on 15 JUNE.
I enquired again and the agent that I sent the enquiry to responded by sending me a copy of an email in which she asked some guy called Rien to "please authorise refund"
I am still waiting for feed back and it does not look like I will be getting any. They were quiet happy to debit me and now they don't want to do the same - in reverse.
