I wish to bring to your attention the terrible service I received from your Engen Petrol Station in Pretoria, Nelmapius Drive this morning 07/03/2013.
I put R150.00 feul into my car and was going to pay, to my surprise all my cards were declinning the transaction on the machines, when I went onto my laptop to check my bank I could see there was money still available in my bank account
They then called the manager out, who came out to me, he also tested my card on the machine started calling the card machine his "baby" and stuff, and then accuses me of not having any funds available in my bank and started treating me as if I was a freaking criminal who just robbed a bank or something, then he started speaking and laughing to the petrol attendant.By now i was extremely irritated and fuming for the kind of service and disgust i was getting from this man, as I always stop at that garage to put fuel in or even purchase goods from the shop, I could even show you bank statements as proof.
I then pulled over into one of the parking bays and called my work colleague to please come through and pay for the fuel which he did.
