Prepaid never works

Every time I use the fnb app to try by electricity it always says system offline. No one can ever help me when I phone in to report this. Why offer this service if it never works? Its the most inconvenient thing I've experienced. Now I have to go and draw cash and find a shop to buy electricity. Terrible app
