For the past two days I have been out of electricity in my apartment. I am extremely irritated by the fact that from retailers and garages I get the same response of "Itron electicity is offline, please come back later :)".
From a supplier of such a service as prepaid electricity I rate this as poor without any communication to its customers nor a resolution notification to the users of this issue. What's more irritating is the effort of missioning around the CBD area hoping to find electricity voucher anywhere.
