I phoned the municipality to find out what the tariff is for prepaid electricity the lady explained that the municipality works on a block tariff and it consists of 4 blocks when you reach 600kw the amount you should pay is indicated by nersa as R1.29, but I am paying R1.57... so my question is why are they steeling my money? and who do I report this to?
