Taking to long to allocate a payment

I am so frustrated!! I did a payment Wednesday 19 Sept 2013. I have faxed through my proof of payment 3 times already. But still no payment can be allocated to my account. I have spoken to more that 8 people since the 19th and no seems to be able to help me. I have a application pending with a company and because of the hold up with African bank my application can not continue. How is this possible it has been 5 days already. Even though is did a payment my account was debited on the wrong date even. I want assistance as soon as possible with no excuses!!!
