On the 23/08/2013 FNB credit card deducted R1980.00 from my account without my consent. I was handed over to their collection agents in 2010 and pay them R300.00. a month. How can you just debit any amount without my knowledge. You do not know my financial position or my affordibility to just debit my account. I need this refunded as I have a housedold that depends on me. I am seriously thinking of closing my FNB account. I also logged a compliant on the FNB website.
