I have a credit card with African bank, and the debit orders are supposed to go off on my pay day, which is the 29th. But African Bank keeps taking my payment off on the 28th. And yes, while my company does do the transfer on the 28th, I only get paid after African Bank takes my payment. Every time this happens this costs me R57!!! Which really is ridiculous! I have spoken to African Bank before yet this keeps happening. Why cant you just take my payment off on the 29th so that it doesn't cost me an extra R57? I already pay African Bank interest on my credit card, and now I must pay Absa overdraft charges too!
